The Postmodern Entertainment Thoughts

I haven't really got clear idea on what to do.

All I know is that we are in a pretty much postmodernism era, where fairytales were retold. The "happily ever after" ending is always being critically analyse. The superheroes in the film are appeared to be more "realistic" in a way as the element of human struggle in the hero characters are more well-crafted compared to the first presence of heroes being all powerful and victorious.

The consumers, or in the interactive media context, the audience or the user, are very much drown in saturated information with entertainment all around them. The classical, predictable once hardly make a mark in their heart.

Therefore, the twist in stories, the unpredictable elements, the challenging-assumption kind of theme became popular. The evil witch has a bright side, the princess has a secret untold.

This is one of the reason why I think augmented reality and projection mapping rise up and play a roll as the visual perception psychology impact of our entertainment scene today.
